Wads of Money
I hate it when people take out a wad of money to pay for something and make you reach and pick it up off the countertop. Especially when they count it out to exact change and just leave it sitting there. Honestly, how hard is it to pick it up and hand it to me after you count it out.
Also, when people reach across into my bubble of a cashwrap and take a pen or a stapeler without asking. They just assume they can use it.

Some people might put money on the counter, and not in your hand, because they do not like touching other people''s hands. Or they think you might not apprieciate being touched.
I agree, putting the money on the counter is sooooo rude! They could just drop it into the other persons hand without actually touching them.
