For the second time in less than 2 weeks you've decided not to answer the phone.
Seriously, WTF? If it's a scheduled day for you to be closed can't you have an answering machine pick up with a message that says so?
Before anyone asks I always pay cash and I always tip (yes, even when the driver is late and/or very slow driver) so I don't think they're just avoiding me.
