Thanks, UGA Bookstore
Thank you for being the only store in existence not to accept returns on computer-related items. When your employee recommended that I buy a certain cable to do a data transfer after I explained the type of computers I would be transferring to/from, I bought the $30 cable. I thought that one of the ports on my PC was the right port for this cable, so I tried it out. It didn''t work. Only after I had done this did I see on the receipt that there are no returns on computer items. When I brought the effing cable back to try to return it anyway, you told me that it would be OK to do so....except that the package had been opened.
I think it should be required for employees to tell customers about return policies like that BEFORE the receipt is printed and it''s too late. Ridiculous. $30 down the drain. I was already basically broke.

Sort of like when I bought my macbook from the bookstore and the screen was cracked. Oh, you can''t return it if you''ve opened the package, even though the screen was obviously cracked before I purchased it. f***ing bookstore. Not to mention the free printer I was supposed to get with my computer says the Apple company, but the guy''s shift was over so he was trying to get rid of me as fast as possible so didn''t mention it, and when I went back, they told me it was my fault for not knowing and requesting.
Why would you buy expensive electronics from the bookstore? Their prices are terrible.
Because my little sister is getting my computer and I needed to transfer the stuff right away so I could get it to her. And I couldn''t use my car. :( I know, all the bookstore prices are terrible.
