What the f***?
I have seen so many cops in this town talking on their cellphones and texting on them!
Shouldn''t you be out stopping crimes?

i might not know a lot about police work, but it does not take a f***ing detective to see that the cops in this town are using their cell phones for personal use. And texting! The bike cops downtown are doing it to!

oh my god. I am pretty f***ing sure they use radio''s to communicate with fellow officers and central. I have never EVER seen a cop use a cell phone to radio in for a tag check, request back up, or to chat with his fellow officer!
Get off your phone cop! Call your girlfriend/boyfriend at the end of the shift!

The police department has been issued cell phones as a way to communicate with their command centers and their fellow officers. They probably are out stopping crimes by using their cell phones.
