Please explain to me why they can''t make the letter O distinguishable from the number 0 or why they sometimes make the letter G look like the number 6.

I know you''re* trying to stop bots but the thing IS supposed to be readable by humans.

*"You" = anyone using Captcha on their web site, not just here. In fact, the G/6 problem doesn''t happen here.

...and I just got caught by the O/0 thing. Or the I/1 thing. DAMN!

It just took me 4 times to get the phrase right to post my rant about people stopping on crosswalks. It''s pretty unsatisfying when you''re trying to angrily get your point across and then it takes several tries to post it. It''s the typographical equivalent to not being able to get the door to slam after an argument.
