Brown Water

I''m tired of having to deal with brown water!

I''ve been conserving water like we''re all supposed to during the drought. I''ve been careful. I think I can take one real bath instead of a shower without hurting things to much.

But I can''t because the water turns brown before the tub gets enough water in it. Why is it supposed to be OK that this happens? Is it so hard to get clear water in this city?

@1st 2/11 comment: The top of my Brita water pitcher would get dirty just from having water in it, so yeah I know what you''re talking about.

I was able to get this resolved with the landlord, in case anyone was wondering what happened with this.

your plumbing? now i defiantly think it''s diarrhea! LOL!

If it''s the plumbing that means I''m SOL, doesn''t it? What are the chances that the landlord will fix the plumbing?

Is there anything I can do short of moving?

It is DEFINITELY your plumbing. I have been here five years, and only once do I remember brown water. The county sent out letters, because it was a scheduled event based on some sort of maintenance.

I think it''s your plumbing. I''ve never had a problem with water here.

Yeah, it''s disgusting. Does anyone else notice that their toilet and shower gets filthy RAPIDLY after you clean it? I''m talking like in a week? All jokes aside now guys......
Also, does y''all''s glasswear smell as well? I hate this city''s water, I don''t think its up to drinking code if it had debris or turns brown.

G-d, there''s f---ing DEBRIS at the bottom of the tub! WTF?!?!?!
