AT&T, could you try NOT sucking for a change?

Seriously, I think it could be a successful business plan. Stop sucking.

Charter was constantly screwing up the billing and they hijack the 404 error. For all its flaws, AT&T does not mess up the bill.

Charter service is that bad compared to AT & T. Just as long you don't need "customer" service.

But why? By sucking, we manage to minimize costs and reduce overhead, thus increasing profits. Plus, it's not like you're going to go to another provider!
