i dont know where you saw this, but my guestimation would have to be, thats probably the most sanitary thing thats gone on in that establishment

you know... I've got a dog...and I've come to the conclusion that whatever she licks is still edible. It's like the three second rule. Chances are the water dispenser at the office has more germs than the dog's mouth.

But as for public food service... yeah, I have to agree, you probably shouldn't touch food until you wash your hands again.
