None of the controlling partners have any experience in the music industry, with exception to actually being musicians - something they should go back to doing instead. One of the owners has even been accused of fraud as it pertains to his "other" business.
Just a warning to all the local musicians - be careful. Don't enter into any contracts with them, and if you do, be sure you have one hell of a lawyer.
