Dear roomate,
you have been oh so very late on the rent before. yes our landlord is understanding and gives us a flexible time, but still you always wait to the last minute. now you have taken it upon yourself to be timely on the rent. awesome. however i was late on rent this month. and by late i mean still within the parameters our landlord has given us, you decide to send it in without me. thanks so much. it's not like i've ever waited to send in rent until well after the flexible time the landlord has given us to send in rent.
