There is no person more cocky than one who has just gotten their degree.
That, or a first-year law student.

You clearly don't spend much time near the pharmacy school.
Hubris means extreme haughtiness or arrogance. Hubris often indicates a loss of touch with reality and overestimating one's own competence or capabilities, especially for people in positions of power. So I would like to get their degree after completing my ccdp and training. Because I have heard “There is no safety in unlimited technological hubris”.
