A couple of notes since the drivers here seem to be confused about, I don't know, how to drive.
- The concept of 'right of way' does not disappear in a parking lot. One should also LOOK before making a turn. Just because it seems empty doesn't mean you get to stop paying attention.
- The green light means go. IT HAS ALWAYS MEANT GO. Age isn't an excuse here. It's never meant anything different. I can't figure out if you're a jerk or an idiot.
(No, he didn't stop at a yellow either. It didn't turn yellow until after he stopped.)
