AT&T Service

Thanks for the worst service ever you retards. How hard is it to send me a godda*n modem? Really guys? Placed an order in JULY - told it would be there in a week. Spoken with six people since then, each one of whom I asked to have it expedited since I need it for school. And you guys still had me scheduled for SEPTEMBER?!?!?! I'll take Charter's nagging over your incompetence.

God, you folks don't deserve a job. da*n incompetents.

I'm not trying to spam. The links should help out the OP if they haven't already moved to Charter.

(BTW, Charter is also incompetent. You're not going to escape that by changing companies. I have no love for AT&T, I'm just saying...)
